Compassionate Cancellation Policy

​Upon scheduling an appointment with our practitioners, you will receive a text from our staff. **Please read the following policies carefully as it can affect your appointment time.**

Cancellation & Refund Policies
We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations and business meetings are just a few reasons why someone might think about canceling their appointment. In our commitment to provide a quality massage experience to all of our clients (and taking into consideration our therapist's time), we have adopted the following policies:

ARRIVAL TO THE STUDIO
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you time to communicate your needs with the therapist, change and prepare for the session. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

These policies are enforced to ensure that the therapist's time, the studio and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their appointment within a 24-hour time period will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment . The only exceptions are emergencies; deaths, illness and failed transportation on route to the studio.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment. To allow the therapist to prepare for their other clients, late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled appointment. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to reserve a massage session, memberships, therapeutic services or any type of services outside of the studio. The owner reserves the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.
